Processing & Shipping
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and packaging. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing and shipping times may vary during high-demand seasons.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds are only accepted if an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will enter production and cannot be changed or refunded.
Hair products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, for sanitary and quality assurance reasons.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Star Stylez is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS.
If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
