What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of the products being sold, refunds are prohibited. All sales are final, unless hair was not delivered on our end, or if the order was canceled within 24 hrs of purchasing.
When will I get my order?
After purchasing, please allow the product 3-5 business days for packaging and processing. 5-7 business days for shipping. All orders are shipped priority via USPS.
What's the process? How do I order?
Simply add your desired items to the cart and check out. After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email of your order.
Your order is then packaged & processed and shipped to the address given during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
